Geelani, Mirwaiz condemns suicide blasts in Pakistan

Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference chairmen Syed Ali Geelani and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq condemned the suicide bomb attack on an election rally in Mustang Baluchistan Pakistan.
In a statement issued here, Geelani while condemning the suicide bomb attack said those involved in it are “beastly enemies of the entire humanity.”
At least 128 people were killed and scores of others injured in the blast. “It is a well-thought-out conspiracy to defame and malign this country. Pakistan faces multiple problems and cross border terrorism,” Geelani said and termed it as a result of deep conspiracy against Pakistan.
“We condemn human killings and whosoever is involved shall face the wrath of Almighty Allah,” said Geelani.
Expressing his deep condolences and sympathies with the grief stricken families and those injured in dastard and dreadful action of enemies of Pakistan, the octogenarian leader said killing of 128 innocent civilians and injuring hundreds is a grave concern for the whole Pakistan.
“Terrorism in every form and place is condemnable and no religion, particularly Islam, has any place for actions like these and added the “people involved in this attack can never be the followers of Islam.’
While praying for speedy recovery for those injured in blast, Geelani expressed deep concern and grief over the loss of lives in the suicidal bomb attack. He extended his sympathy and condolences to bereaved families and added, “Those involved in these heinous attacks are not human beings and we demand exemplary and stringent action against culprits’’.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq also strongly condemned the terror attack in an election rally in the Provincial capital of Quetta in Pakistan. He said that people of Kashmir feel pained over the loss of precious lives in Balochistan terror strike as people of Valley are themselves primary target of worst form of “state terrorism.”
Mirwaiz extended his heartfelt condolences with the people Pakistan and also with the Pakistani government, stating that people of Kashmir and the entire pro-freedom leadership stands with the country in this hour of grief. Mirwaiz also extended his heartfelt condolences with the families of those who lost their loved ones in the terror attack and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the attack.
Mirwaiz said that the people of South Kashmir are bearing the brunt of forces aggression and oppression as people there have been left at the mercy of forces which is an eye opener for the world community to judge situation here.
