Multiple funeral prayers offered for slain militants

At least two rounds of funeral prayers were held for slain militant killed in Tral town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.

Reports said that thousands of people gathered at the slain militant Danish Khaliq Dar’s ancestral Pinglish village of Tral town to offer funeral prayers.

Pro-freedom and pro-Pakistan slogans were also raised by mourners during the funeral procession of the slain militant.

Dar was killed along with two other militants during a gunfight with government forces in Nazneenpora area of Tral on Tuesday.
