Shopian: Suspected militants hurled a grenade on Police party at Batapora Chowk in Shopian town on Monday, the explosion has left several injured.

According to initial reports the grenade attack was mounted on a police vehicle but exploded on the road side.

Several civilians have been injured, between 6-10, and have been hospitalised.
