Sgr-Leh highway closed on 3rd consecutive day due to landslide.

Ganderbal: Sonamarg Drass road stretch of Srinagar-Leh highway was closed for traffic on third consecutive day due to Major landslide occurred at Shaitan nallah near Zojila pass which forcing closure of traffic on Tuesday afternoon an official said.

A truck bearing registration number JK13B- 4755 travelling from Sonamarg towards Drass has got trapped under the slide.

A traffic officail said that men and machinery are on job to restore the road for traffic movement.

Hundreds of vehicles are stranded on both sides of landslide.
