Srinagar: Minor stone pelting happened in City center Lal chowk after news of a civilian death, allegedly during the clashes, while the gunfight rages in Chattabal area of Srinagar.
Police was rushed to the spot and shopkeepers doused their shutters.
Mean while protests have erupted in Soura locality of Srinagar and clashes too are being reported from the area.
Reports from North kashmir say that students of GDC Sopore too are protesting.
