Baramulla boat capsize: Body of one more youth recovered on 4th day

Baramulla: Body of youth, who along with two others drowned after a boat capsized in Jhelum earlier this week, was fished out from the river at Baramulla Town in north Kashmir on Friday.
The body of Shabir Ahmad son of Mohammad Sayed of Dewanbagh Baramulla was recovered by labours excavating sand from the river near Sheeri Zone on Friday this afternoon with help of locals.
A police officer told INS that while body of Shabir has been fished out, efforts are on to trace out the body another youth.
He said that teams of SDRF, Police and Navy have pressed motor boats and divers to trace the body of drowned youth after boat capsize in Baramulla.
On Tuesday evening, a boat carrying five persons capsized in the Jhelum. Timely action of locals managed to rescue two kids while body of a youth was found on Thursday.
