Jammu: Finance minister Altaf Bukhari visited Civil Secretariat Jammu to take stock of the arrangements done for the shifting of offices to summer capital Srinagar.

Bukhari while talking to reporters Bukhari assured that unlike the power shortage faced by the kashmir valley after Darbar move to Jammu, people of winter capital wont face hardships. He added that both the winter and the summer zone will see difference in power supply as government has done ‘necessary arrangements’.

Officials at secretariat said that it’s a rare moment that any official of minister capacity has visited to take stock of darbar move arrangements.

On being asked will government have a summer secratriat in Jammu, Bukhari said that they will deliberate on it and talk to Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti in this regard.
