15 cases of land acquisition settled on spot: Private negotiation committee

KISHTWAR: Deputy Commissioner, Angrez Singh Rana, also  Chairman of District Private Negotiation Committee, held  a meeting regarding fixation of rates for various land acquisition cases of the district through Private Negotiation Committee (PNC) , here today.

The meeting was attended by the Collector land acquisition Chatroo, Inderjeet Parihar, Collector Land Acquisition Kishtwar, Kesar Bawani, Collector Land acquisition Padder, Rishi Sharma and District officers  besides land owners.

15 cases of land compensation were settled on the spot out of 22.

The land owners were further motivated to cooperate with the district administration in land acquisition process for various developmental works.

Meanwhile, the meeting also  held a threadbare  discussion with the land owners for the Nursing College, Ayush District Hospital, Fire and Emergency station, Government High School Palali ,Hullar-Honjala road, link road community hall GDC Kishtwar to Masjid Noor, Kundal-Affani road, Mulwarwan Nowapachi road, Receiving station Padyarna,Double Bed Hut at Padder, Nigarh Pipeline scheme, additional land for Pakal Dul (HEPP) at Dangduru, besides various cases of school buildings under RMSA and various roads of Padder,Kishtwar and Marwah.

The Deputy Commissioner said  that the meeting was held for speedy disposal of acquisition proceedings of land acquisition cases to avoid any hindrance and delay in the execution of developmental works in the district.

DC further directed all collectors and representatives to ensure speedy disposal of land acquisition cases.
