Seer Tral CASO called off, no contact with militants established

Tral: Cordon and search operation which was launched in Seer Jagir village of Tral, on Tuesday following militant attack on patrolling party has been called off on Wednesday morning.

Patrolling party of 42 RR was fired upon by suspected militants in which one soldier was injured after which whole area was cordoned off.

The 14 hour long search operation was called off after no contact with militants was made.
