Jammu: Dineshwar Sharma, Government of India’s Special Representative for dialogue in J&K, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan last evening. Governor and Sharma held extended discussions regarding the crucial importance of maintaining peace and normalcy in the State alongside the effective functioning of the administrative apparatus, an official spokesman said.
