Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti Friday congratulated its coalition partner Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on its foundation day, saying Prime Minister Narendra Modi “can truly exhibit the moral leadership of the region by winning the trust, hearts & minds of the people of J&K”.
