JAMMU, MARCH 23: Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today released cash assistance of Rs. Five lacs for the kin of late Maqbool Saahil, journalist and author, who passed away two days ago. The Chief Minister recalled the contribution of late  Saahil in preserving and promoting Pahari art and literature besides his role in strengthening local journalism in the State.
