Women’s Day: Legal Services Authority Magam holds awareness programme

Srinagar: An Awareness programme on rights of fairer gender on the International Women’s day was organised by Tehsil Legal Services Authority Magam on Thursday.
Development, Progress and need of women rights movement and its areas of influence were discussed.
Further existing legislation and rights were stressed upon and it was observed that existing laws should be implemented on the ground.
Many speakers including legal luminaries and lady lawyers spoke on the topic.
