Landslides near Marog closes Sgr-Jmu highway

Srinagar: Vehicular movement on the Srinagar-Jammu highway has come to halt after fresh land slides in Ramban district on Saturday.

According to officials due to fresh landsliding at Marog area , the highway was blocked and traffic came to halt. Authorities had allowed one way traffic from Srinagar towards Jammu.

“We are keeping a close eye on the weather conditions and the route too. People will be accordingly informed ,” officials said.
