Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Contractors Coordination committee locked Roads and building chief’s office at Rajbagh on Wednesday to protest and demand clearance of pending bills.

According to protesting contractors all the R&B offices in Kashmir division were locked by the contractors.

According to J &K Hot Mix Plants & Contractors Coordination Committee president the pending bills have surged and they are not in a position to continue work. “There is no dearth of funds but still we are being forced to go bankrupt,” protesters said.
