Kupwara: A woman died and another was grievously injured after being attacked by stray dogs in Tangdhar area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Reshma  begum 55, w/o Late Mohammad Yaqoob and the injured as Shahnaz begum 38, w/o Naseer ahmad.

“The injured lady is undergoing treatment at health care centre Tangdhar,” police said.

The kupwara-Tangdhar  road is closed for vehicular movement.
