The officer, Muhammad Shafique Chuk, registered a complaint with chief secretary against principal secretary higher education, Asgar Samoon, over the incident that according to him happened during a telephonic conversation.

According to Chuk, Samoon is habitual of abusing officers. “I have asked KAS officers Association to take up the matter with higher authorities.

“This behavior is un acceptable,” AJKJS KAS officer association said.
