According to sources inside traffic department Rath has promised Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to give him 90 days and he will clear the traffic mess in jammu.

“CM gave assurance to Rath that he will not be pressurised by any quarter and there will be no interference in him doing his job,” sources confided.
