Midnight firing creates panic in Sopore

Sopore: Second time in a week, the midnight gunshots trigger panic in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to reports, panic gripped in the town when sudden gunshots were heard during midnight around 4 am in several areas.
However, official sources told INS that there is no need to panic as “it is practice fire”.
Meanwhile, security has been beefed up in Sopore ahead of the death anniversary of Muhammad Afzal Guru.
