HC seeks details of divorce cases in 3 years

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has asked Principal District & Sessions Judges of Jammu and Kashmir and asked them to provide details regarding divorce cases in last three years in the state.
“You are requested to provide information regarding divorce cases, both registered and disposed in 2015, 2016 and 2017 till December 31 last year,” Deputy Registrar General has said. The information has been required for its onwards transmission to the Ministry of Law and Justice New Delhi, the Registrar said.
