Srinagar: Indian and Pakistani troops on Thursday resorted to heavy cross border firing in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir, reports said, adding schools in the area have been closed.
“71 schools have been closed due to heavy shelling in Lam area of Nowshera. Measures are being taken for safety of people,” Rajouri District Commissioner Shahid Choudhary quoting reports said.
