Mehbooba to chair first UHQ meeting this year at 11:30 a.m. today

Srinagar: To review security situation amid government decision to hold Panchayat elections next month in the state, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti will chair first meeting of Unified Headquarters this year at her official residence in Jammu at 11.30 a.m on Tuesday.
Heads of Jammu and Kashmir Police, paramilitary forces, intelligence agencies and civil administration besides top army Generals will attend the meeting and brief the Chief Minister on security situation obtaining in the state.
The security situation for Panchayat elections and number of other issues are on agenda of the meeting, sources added.
