Six Himachal residents injured in road accident in J&K’s Udhampur

Srinagar: Six persons were injured on Saturday when the vehicle they were travelling in hit a tree at Paldai Majalta in district Udhampur of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Today morning, one Tata Sumo bearing number HP01C-0813 on its way from Himachal Pradesh to Udhampur rammed into a tree at Paldai Majalta District Udhampur. 6 persons got injured and were shifted to PHC Majalta from where all were referred to GMC&H Jammu,” a police spokesperson said.
He identified the injured as Suresh Kumar, 48, S/o Sukhman R/o Findoo (HP), Rakesh Kumar, 25, S/o Heer Singh R/o Seri (HP), Krishan Chand, 45, S/o Chuni Lal R/o Seri (HP), Raj Kumar, 29, S/o Bhagat Bahadur R/o Chamba (HP), Ranjeet Singh, 30, S/o Lakshmi R/o Chamba (HP), and Prem Singh, 32, S/o Beli Ram R/o Chamba (HP).
