Srinagar: The state government on Saturday attached Chief Medical officer Bandipora Dr Bilkees Akhter to Director health services Kashmir and
Dr Bashir Ahmad Chalkoo CMO Baramulla has been given additional charge of CMO Bandipora till further orders.
