Sopore December 06:   A Free Medical Camp was conducted by Noora Hospital at Asia’s second largest Fruit Mandi Sopore, in north Kashmir  on Wednesday.
The team of doctors who participated in the camp were Dr. Mujeeb Shoukat (internal medicines and infectious diseases), Dr Hamed Bashir ( cardiology and interventional cardiology), Dr Humayun Ahad (orthopaedics and joint replacements) and Dr Abdul Rashid Ahanger (nephrology and Kidney transplant).
 Danish UL Islam, Manager Business Relations Noora Hospital, said  patients with various ailments took consultation and treatment from doctors at the camp.
Various Medical tests were also provided to the prescribed patients.
“Health check up of around 300 patients with various diseases were conducted .  The main focus of camp was to make available super specialists from Noora hospital for free consultation in different specialties,” Danish said.
The organisers said that the social outreach programmer of Noora Hospital  is dedicated to raising awareness about  disease and providing early treatment, equipment  to patients with socio-economic distressful situation. 
 “The main objective of this camp is to make available super specialists from Noora hospital for free consultation in different specialties, where people can seek and take advantage of the expert opinion of our doctors”, said Mr. Manzoor Ahmad wagay Managing Director Noora Hospital.
 “The Hospital will continue providing such free medical camps to the people under the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the hospital”, He added.
