10 KAS among 14 officers shifted

Govt shifts 6 KAS officers, gives additional charge to other

According to separate orders, Prerna Raina (KAS), Deputy Secretary in the J&K Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department, has been posted as Additional Secretary in the Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi. Ranjit Singh (KAS), Secretary Jammu Municipal Corporation, under orders of transfer as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kargil, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Appeals), Jammu, relieving Mr. Khalid Majeed, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspection), Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
Abdul Majeed Lone (KAS), Project Manager, IWMP, Budgam, has been transferred and posted as General Manager, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz (KAS), Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Budgam, has been asked to hold the charge of the post of Project Manager, IWMP, Budgam, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Irshad Ahmad (KAS), Deputy Secretary to the Government, Technical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission.
Abdul Rashid Bhat (KAS), Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
Abdul Rashid Dhobi (KAS), Deputy Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Technical Education Department.
Peerzada Zahoor Ahmad (KAS), Deputy Director, Tourism, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Hqr) in the Directorate of Information, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Atul Gupta (KAS), Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Information Jammu.
Avleen Kour Bali (KAS), Deputy Director, Information, Jammu, has been posted as Deputy Director (Central) in the Directorate of Information, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Vivek Phonsa, Project Manager, IWMP, Reasi, has been transferred and posted as General Manager, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Kusum Badyal, Additional Inspector General of Registration, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.
Mohammad Yousuf Malik (KAS), Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Reasi, has been asked to hold the charge of the post of Project Manager, IWMP, Reasi, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Rakesh Dubey, Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director (AudioVisual) in the Directorate of Information, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Agya Anand, Under Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
Bansi Lal Sharma, Under Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management,
Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
Meanwhile, Aga Ajaz Hussain, General Manager, SIDCO, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, J&K, on deputation basis.
“During his deputation to the Forensic Science Laboratory, J&K, he shall be governed by the standard terms and conditions of deputation, as contained in Schedule XVIII of J&K Civil Services
Regulation (Vol. 11) read with SRO-192 dated 28.5.2007.”
