SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 15: A national Lok Adalat would be held here in the premises of High Court in next month on December 09.

In this connection, all the concerned, who desire to get their pending cases amicably settled, are asked to furnish their particulars of their respective cases to the registry by or before 24th November 2017.

The cases taken up during the Adalat would be related to criminal compoundable offence, NI Act Cases under Section 138, MACT cases, matrimonial disputes, labour disputes, land acquisition cases, service matters relating to pay and allowance and retrial benefits, electricity and water bills (excluding non-compoundable), revenue cases, other civil cases.
