Former CM of the state and GoI interlocutor for Jammu and Kashmir Dineshwar Sharma Wednesday met and discussed steps that could make interlocutors visit ‘meaningful’.

“Mr Dineshawar Sharma & I met at my residence in Srinagar this morning. We discussed the prevailing situation in the state as also steps that can be taken to make his visits to the state more meaningful,” tweeted Omar.
Farooq Abdullah, NC president recently had said that he is sceptical of  Sharma’s appointment and results that it would make.

Abdullah had also raised questions about central government for not looking into reports of previous interlocutor missions.

Sharma and Omar met at latters residence Tuesday morning.
