Soldier, 2 ‘Pakistanis’ among 3 militants killed in Pulwama

Srinagar: Three militants, two of them foreigners, and a soldier were killed as gunfight between them ended in Aglar Kandi village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
Director General of Police (DGP) S P Vaid said announced the killing of the three militants and the soldier in a tweet.
The bodies of all three militants have been recovered along with two AK-47 rifles and a pistol, the sources said. “Out of the three (militants) neutralised in Aglar-Pulwama encounter today; two are Pakistanis and one local,” the DGP said.
Earlier, soldier from 44 Rashtriya Rifles Sham Sundar was killed in the gunfight and a civilian injured amid stone-throwing clashes near the gunfight site.
