Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik on Saturday claimed that he has not recieved any notice from Enforcement Directorate (ED) however added that he is ready to ‘live and die’ for the ‘Kashmirs freedom movement even if, it is in Tihar Jail’.

Malik was speaking a presser in Srinagar today.

JKLF chief claimed that New Delhi is using ED and National Investigation Agency (NIA) to force pro-freedom leadership into submission which, according to Malik, is impossible to happen.

“I want to convey to New Delhi that I am ready to spend my entire life in Tihar jail rather than surrender [before them],” Malik said, and added that: “Kashmir movement is a love for us and lovers don’t surrender. We would rather prefer to die in Tihar jail than to surrender.”

Training guns at Bharatya Janata Party Malik said that BJP can’t understand ‘the love of Kashmir’s resistance leadership towards the ongoing movement.’

“They (BJP) were nowhere in sight when Quit-India movement was launched against the Britishers. So those at the helm in New Delhi at this stage can’t understand let alone acknowledge our commitment towards Kashmir’s freedom movement,” Malik said.
