Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday posted Riyaz Ahmad Wani (KAS) as
Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
With the transfer of Wani, director Urban Local Bodies Kashmir, Dr. Shafqat Khan, Health Officer SMC has been relieved of the additional charge.
“Dr. Shafqat Khan, Health Officer, SMC, is repatriated to the Health and Medical Education Department, for further posting,” government said.
Earlier government ordered transfer of three IAS and as many KAS officers in the interest of administration.
According to separate orders, Baseer-ul-Haq Chaudhary (IAS), has been appointed as Sub-Divisional Magistrate Dudu against an available vacancy.
Sachin Kumar Vaishy (IAS) has been appointed Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaltsi, against an available vacancy
Choudhary Mohammad Yasin (IAS) has been appointed as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mahore, against an available vacancy. “He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dharmari, till further orders.”
Mohammad Hussain Mir (KAS), Director, Floriculture, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Kashmir, vice Mathora Masoom.

Jahangir Hashmi (KAS), Deputy Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, under orders of transfer as Joint Director, Tourism, Jammu, is posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, GAD(Infrastructure, Administrative Reforms and Grievances).
