Hajin: Intense Clashes between protesters and forces are going on, in Hajin area of North Kashmir’s bandipora district.

According to reports a patrolling party of government forces was moving along the area when they came under intense stone pelting.

It’s not clear yet was Army patrolling the area or was it Jammu and Kashmir Police, however sources say that it was ‘Army moving through area on a routine duty’.

Tear gas cannisters have been used by forces to disperse protesters, reports said.

Official confirmation of the incident is awaited.
