Tral shuts over alleged ransacking of Militants house by Army

Shopian: Complete shutdown is being observed in Tral  town against the alleged ransacking of militants houses by Army.

family of a local militant of Tral, Hammad Ahmad, accused government forces of ransacking their house last night,.

As soon the news about the alleged “ransacking” spread in the area, youth took to streets and started pelting stones on the forces personnel leading to clashes.

Forces used tearsmoke shells to disperse the protesters.

The incident of “ransacking” comes a day after allegations of ransacking were levelled at Army in Shopian district.

Srinagar based Army spokesman had deneid the allegations of ransacking Militants houses.
