In pictures: Hajin militant buried after being exhibited through 17 localities

Hajin: Thousands of people participated in the funeral prayers of Nasrullah Mir, a local militant, killed in a gunfight with government forces, on Wednesday. He was buried in martyrs grave yard Hajin of Bandipora district of north Kashmir.

Body of Nasrullah was paraded through 17 localities of Hajin

 

Nasrullah was killed along with another militant of Lashkar e taiba outfit in an early morning gunfight.

Nasrullah was wrapped in Pakistan flag and women showered petals and sweets over his funeral.

Police said that he was involved in killing of off duty BSF jawan in Hajin on Sep 28.

Clashes erupted in Hajin after Naseer was buried.
