Srinagar: Kashmir University on Wednesday said that class shall remain suspended on Thursday in the varsity but all exams would be held as per schedule.
“Class-work in Kashmir University shall remain suspended on October 12 (Thursday). However all examinations shall be held as per schedule,” said a spokesman of the varsity in a statement issued here. The announcement comes in wake of the call by Joint Resistance Leadership, asking students to stage protest against the incidents of braid chopping in the Kashmir Valley.
