Kupwara: Police have arrested three persons for allegedly abducting and shaving off hair and beard of a youth in Lolab area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district last evening.
Ashiq Hussain Lone son of Subhan lone from Diver Anderbugh village in Lolab was abducted by three person, who shaved off his beard and hair.
