Govt orders human resources audit of all departments

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered human resource audit across all
Departments and asked respective administrative to submit “positively” a report within a fortnight.
‘It is hereby ordered that all the administrative departments shall take immediate steps for conducting manpower/human resource audit across the department(s) under their administrative control and suggest necessary changes in their relevant recruitment rules,” reads a government order issued here.  They shall submit a compliance report to the General Administration Department within a fortnight, positively, for appraisal of the cabinet, the order adds.
