Batamaloo traders federation calls on Dy CM

SRINAGAR: A deputation of Batamaloo Bus-stand Traders Federation called on the Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh here the other day.

The deputation raised several issues relating to their business and other allied activities in view of the shifting of the bus-stand from Batamaloo to Parimpora. They said that a mechanism should be formulated so that their business does not get affected and also raised several other issues.

The Deputy Chief Minister while interacting with the deputation assured them that their grievances would be looked into and redressed in a time-bound manner. He said that the Government is committed towards the welfare of every section of the society and several schemes have been initiated so that the business and related activities get the requisite fillip.
