Srinagar: Police has doubled the reward for information on braid choppers to Rs 6 lacs from rpRs 3lacs.

“The reward for giving information / assistance in nabbing any person found  involved in Braid cutting  doubled to Rs 6 lakh,” the police spokesman in Srinagar said, “The name and particulars of the person / persons will be kept secret.”

Police has already formed a SIT and helplines have been issued for public as well.
