Srinagar: All schools located near the International border in Arnia area of Jammu division have been closed, on Monday, in wake of the exchange of fire between Indian and Pakistan.

‘All schools located within five-kilometres from the border will remain closed today in Arnia zone,” an official said.

It is the fourth consecutive day of the heavy exchange of fire between the two armies on the IB.

A woman died and five others were injured in the shelling on Saturday night.
