Srinagar: Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today spoke to MLA Kulgam, M Y Tarigami, who is recuperating after an emergency surgery yesterday.
The Chief Minister wished Tarigami a speedy recovery and hoped that he would soon join his people. (KNS)
