Section 144 imposed around Budgam exam centres

BUDGAM: In view of the examinations for 10th and 12th classes (private) 2017, the District Magistrate, Budgam has issued orders for imposing restrictions under Sec 144 of CrPC around a radius of 100 meters from the examination centres for smooth conduct of the examinations.
The exams are being conducted in the valley from July 6 to July 30 2017. These instructions have been imposed to prevent any obstruction and to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
These prohibitory restrictions shall remain in force until the conclusion of the examinations. Meanwhile, the District Police has been instructed to implement the instructions in letter and spirit.
