Div Com takes evening assessment tour of Srinagar

Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Khan Monday visited several areas in Srinagar city to take stock of functioning of street lights.
An senior official told KNS that the divisional commissioner visited visited Dalgate, Malaratta, Nowhatta, Bemina, Khanyar, Batamaloo and other areas to assess functioning of street lights.

Khan was accompanied by the senior officials including District Commissioner Srinagar, Dr Farooq Ahmad Lone, Chief Engineer PDD, Shahnaz Goni, SMC Commissioner Dr Shafkat Khan and other officials.
Officials said that the Div Com has been paying evening visits in Srinagar city to assess working of street lights, availability of basic amenities including drinking water and others.
